All individuals participating in Zypharin Entertainment Group (“the Company”) do so as independent collaborators.
This arrangement does not constitute:
Formal employment (unless explicitly stated in writing)
A guaranteed long-term position
A fixed or continuous work schedule
Engagement is based on operational needs and mutual agreement.
Work is assigned based on project requirements and company needs.
This means:
You may be contacted when your skills are required
There is no obligation for continuous or scheduled work
The Company is not required to provide a minimum amount of work
Participation may vary depending on workload, availability, and performance.
Compensation (if applicable) is determined based on:
The amount of work completed
The complexity and scope of assigned tasks
Prior agreement between both parties before work begins
There is no fixed salary unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All work, assets, code, designs, or content created for or on behalf of the Company
become the exclusive property of Zypharin Entertainment Group
The Company may use, modify, distribute, or publish such work without additional approval
Contributors may be credited where appropriate, but credit is not guaranteed in all cases
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Contributors are responsible for their own tools, environment, and working conditions
The Company is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damages arising outside reasonable control or unrelated to direct project instruction
Contributors agree to exercise reasonable care while performing assigned tasks
(This clause does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.)
Both parties agree to handle any concerns in good faith through internal communication first.
Formal disputes should only be pursued when:
Good-faith resolution attempts have failed
Required under applicable law
This is intended to encourage resolution without unnecessary escalation.
Either party may end collaboration at any time.
Upon termination:
Access to tools, assets, or systems may be revoked
Completed and agreed-upon work will be handled according to prior agreements
No further obligations exist unless explicitly agreed in writing
The Company may update these terms as needed. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By participating in Zypharin Entertainment Group activities, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms of independent collaboration.
