September 2017 - Founded "LazerTeam", and "Zenell" as a entertainment focused group for easier management of content delivered to audiences.
October 2017 - Establishment of "Zenell Inc." as a holdings company, overseeing the LazerTeam branding.
2018 - Oldest recorded entertainment distribution channel under legacy branding is accessible at https://www.youtube.com/@zoudixytnewchannel.
(Some other channels during this period include but not limited to: https://www.youtube.com/@officiallazerinsane7034/videos, https://www.youtube.com/@lazerisinsanetoday3940, https://www.youtube.com/@lazerinsaneofficial9597.)

There are other legacy channels, but we were either unable to retrieve them, or cannot share them for specific reasons.

March 2020 - Zypharin's entry into the reverse-engineering software development business through efforts such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAidH-ax9GE.
March 2020 - First client design banner is completed for a YouTube client.
March 2020 - Due to a overlook of policies, the channel used for primary distribution of legacy Zypharin content was deactivated by YouTube. Reason is unspecified, and no reason was given by YouTube.

May 2020 - https://www.youtube.com/@subscribetonewchannelzzxyt - Experimentation channel was created to test audiences.
May 2020 - https://www.youtube.com/@lazervlogs1488 was scheduled for launch, to show vlogged content from our partners, but due to legal restraints, this was unable to become a finalized product.

Q3-4/2020 - Establishment of JT Enterprises, sunsetting of Zoudix and LazerTeam, with all its capital and asset(s) moved to the surviving company.
2020 - Milestone: First JTExploit Version (1.0) was developed and successfully functional; subsequently released to the public.
2021 - Milestone: Launch of Dedicated Scripts Showcase website at https://lazertubevx.weebly.com/. (Content may be outdated due to the long period of no updates- please proceed with caution.)
2022 - Milestone: Record profitability was achieved for JT Enterprises.
2023 - Beta testing of JTExploit v1.4 begins, and the final version of JTExploit (v1.3), was released to the public.
2023 - Shutdown of JT Enterprises following a corporate rebranding.

Q4/2023 - Zoudix Corporation was established.
2023 - Legacy Zoudix Channel was created.
2024 - 500 Subscribers Milestone Received on Zoudix Channel (Legacy)

2024 - Zylixar Enterprises was established.

2024 - Merged Zoudix Corporation and Zylixar Enterprises to form the Zypharin Group Corporation.
2024 - Launch of Zypharin YouTube Channel and Legacy Zypharin Music Archive (Now Legacy Identity Sphere Channel).
2025 - Launch of now-known as Zypharin Roblox Group

2025 - Permanent shutdown of Zoudix and Zylixar, with all capital and assets transferred to ZYPHARIN GROUP CORPORATION.

2026 - Launch of Zypharin Group Website (corp.zypharin.com) and Zypharin R / D Website (research.zypharin.com)
2026 - Launch of Identity Sphere as a revitalized project- Launch of Calephron Entertainment Channel and X SNS Account, plus the launch of Zypharin Newsletter Service
