Complete Company Restructuring and Revamping of Zypharin’s SNS Accounts and

Zypharin Websites (Including Corp.Zypharin.com and its other sites)

Thank you for your continued support.

Zypharin Group, from when you are receiving this email onward, will be going through a

complete corporate restructuring and is expected to complete by early August of 2026.

These are the changes that will be happening:

Firstly,

Zypharin Group has updated its official corporate name to: ZYPHARIN GROUP HOLDINGS

INC. This will be the parent company for all Zypharin operations from today onwards.

Following this, there will be two subsidiaries under the group holding company, effective from

today as well.

The two subsdiairies will be: Zypharin Entertainment and Zypharin Research.

Zypharin Entertainment will be the main division of Zypharin Group, overseeing future and all

current Zypharin online presence channels activities, while Zypharin Research will be the

division for all future R / D projects and experimentation.

Following this, the company layout will be as follows:

The Legacy Content Policy will also be removed due to an update in our management policy.

Customer Harassment Policy will be minorly revised, with an updated version to launch in the

future.
